FRANCHISE FEE

– Franchise fee of R95 000 which includes:

Use of the name “ Fleur Beauty Aesthetic Wellness”
Corporate Branding
Operational Manuals and procedures
Access to selected POS and salon management software ( subject to licensing and subscription fees )
Initial training
Access to suppliers
Operational support
Corporate Website
Corporate social media pages
Online shop
Franchise and licensing Agreements

– Monthly franchise fees at 7.5% of turnover
– Monthly marketing fees at 2.5% of turnover, which includes:

Social media (boosting of posts)Flyers
Pricelists at cost (max 200)
Branding
Website
Online shop
Appointment cards at cost ( max 200 )
Loyalty cards at cost ( max 200 )
Client cards / consultation cards at cost ( max 200 )

SALON SETUP COST

Salon setup costs of R575 000* (plus initial equipment), which includes:

Salon design
Shopfitting ( up to two treatment rooms )
Signage
Standard salon equipment
Mesojet
Microneedling / Dr Pen
Dermaplane
Touch screen POS terminal
CRM and appointment Management system

*approximated costs. Actual cost will vary depending on site size, fittings, design etc.
